Each pet requires a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent.

Restrictions: The following dog breeds are not permitted: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
